Android
For embedded systems such as smartphones and tablets
01
The Android operating system, developed by Google, has become a mainstay in the world of technology due to its versatility and numerous functionalities. Winning a large share of the market, Android has become the dominant operating system for mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and rugged handhelds.
Ruggtek's industrial tablets and handhelds with Android offer an intuitive and customisable user experience.
Thanks to the possibility of tailor-made user interfaces, resellers and system integrators can adapt the Ruggtek device according to actual application requirements; for example, blocking commands so that the operator cannot misuse the equipment.
02
Android increasingly in demand
Android has established itself in the technology landscape as the leading operating system for mobile devices, with its wide range of applications available through the Google Play Store, a component included on all Ruggtek Android devices.
In addition to Ruggtek devices, Android was also implemented on all Sesitek's industrial computers such as all-in-one PCs, panel PCs, box computers, ... with the aim of expanding into new areas such as Internet of Things and Fleet Management.
